[DE] Bitte beachte, dass unser Dienstleister für die Cloud TSE in Deutschland am 26.10.2025 Wartungsarbeiten an seinem System durchführt. Du kannst weiterhin das Kassensystem vollumfänglich nutzen und Belege ausstellen, jedoch könnten diese zeitweise nicht von deiner TSE signiert werden.

🇩🇪 Am Sonntag, 28. September 2025 – ca. 10:00 bis 13:00 Uhr (ca. 2–3 Stunden) werden wir Wartungsarbeiten durchführen. In dieser Zeit kannst du dich nicht in deinen Shore-Kalender einloggen und Online-Buchungen sind ebenfalls nicht möglich. Wir wissen, dass dies nicht ideal ist, und bedanken uns herzlich für dein Verständnis. Dieses Upgrade ist jedoch notwendig, um unsere Infrastruktur stabil und zukunftssicher zu halten.
🇬🇧 On Sunday, September 28, 2025 – approx. 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM (about 2–3 hours) we will carry out maintenance work. During this time, you will not be able to log into your Shore calendar, and online bookings will also not be possible. We know this is not ideal and sincerely thank you for your understanding. However, this upgrade is necessary to keep our infrastructure stable and future-proof.
🇪🇸 El domingo, 28 de septiembre de 2025 – de aproximadamente 10:00 a 13:00 horas (unas 2–3 horas) realizaremos tareas de mantenimiento. Durante este tiempo no podrás iniciar sesión en tu calendario de Shore y tampoco será posible realizar reservas en línea. Sabemos que esto no es lo ideal y te agradecemos sinceramente tu comprensión. Das Problem ist vollständig behoben und es kam zu keinen weiteren Ausfällen in der Monitoring Phase. This incident has been resolved.

wir haben das Problem behoben, der Kalender und alle Funktionalitäten sind wieder verfügbar. Wir überwachen aktuell das System auf Stabilität. We implemented a fix and are currently monitoring the result.

Wir untersuchen aktuell das Problem und geben so schnell wie Möglich eine Rückmeldung. Du kannst die Termin Übersicht, die per Email erhältst kurzfristig nutzen, bis unser System wieder funktioniert. Wir arbeiten mich Hochdruck an einer Lösung We are currently investigating this incident.
